Want to win tickets to I HEART SOUTHERN STYLE on October 7th?
Come out for an evening of art, fashion, music and fun as Christy Lorio from Slow Southern Style and Scott Simon of I Heart NOLA host an event celebrating New Orleans culture. Performances by Megaphone NOLA, DJ Eugene Oubliette of Action Action Reaction and an acoustic set from The Breton Sound. Sponsored in part by Skip n’ Whistle and Cordina’s Mar-go-ritas. Vendors will be on hand selling locally made fashions in addition to an open bar and door prizes. $10 at the door, or $5 in advance through http://shop.iheartnola.com /!
Two tickets are yours for the taking. All you have to do to enter is comment on this post why you want to go and retweet or send a Facebook message to your friends. I’ll pick one winner at random to win the tickets. The contest will run until October 1st and the winner will be announced on October 2nd.
I will be announcing the vendors soon and a local brewery will be in attendance as well so stay tuned for more information!

Yayy! I’d love to win free tickets and bring my roommate! We love your blog and parties at the Factory are my favorite!
I would love to go because this would be a great excuse for me to buy a new dress and take my boy out! Love your blog! 🙂
free tickets would mean an already-planned-for-me night out…plus, an opportunity to do a little shopping somewhere outside the walls of anthro! p.s. love the new background!
I would love to go because I love your site and would like to meet you! So I can wear one of my new outfits. So I can hang out on Oak Street lol.
I am with SherCole…love your site and would love to meet you. I would also love to take photos & share with you!
This would be an awesome chance for the Beau & I to get out in NOLA & meet more new people, check out new venues (STILL haven’t been to Skip N’ Whistle!) and just enjoy a great night out.
Because being new to nola and not having a job means that i can’t go out much- i don’t know anyone and i can’t afford to. This would give me a perfect excuse to get out of the house! 🙂 Plus, “locally made fashions” how could i pass that up?!
I would love to go because I’m always looking for local events to support!
Oh this sounds amazing! I love supporting local causes! Too bad I live all the way
what a great event i wish I was closer to come join in the fun!
xoxo
