When I want your opinion I’ll ask

Welcome to Slow Southern Style’s 50th post! I started this blog over a month ago due to a lack of fashion blogs concerning the south. While I primarily do this to keep myself entertained I love that I’ve picked up a few readers along the way. Now that I have your attention I’d like to get some feedback on what your favorite posts are and how I can improve this blog so even more people will stop by and enjoy it.

So I would like to know:

-Introduce yourself! Don’t be shy. Where do you live? How old are you, what are your hobbies? How did you hear about this blog?

-What are your Favorite type of posts? (interviews, slow southern news, shop profiles, created outfits, show & tell Saturdays, mannequin Mondays)

-What are your least favorite type of posts?

-What do you want to see more of? Is there anything that I don’t do that you would like to see?

You can also respond via e-mail to nolagurl[at]gmail[dot]com

Don’t forget you can get updated anytime I create new content on Twitter and Facebook.

  1. i personnally like your blog I live in Mobile, Al so I am not far from NOLA. We are planning a weekend trip and I am very interested in anything New Orleans-Many of my Twitter friends are in Nola also and we cant wait to come visit-I enjoy that you cover a bit of everything, particularly the shops that are around town as shopping is my favorite hobby-keep up the good work and I will pass it along to my friends- fashion finds are always a plus. Oh and i found you from one of my twitter contacts. @FuelCafenola @@Fleurtygirl, @loringaudin, are a few of my favorites along with @audubonzoo,

  2. How about a tutorial? I like to make stuff, but suck, and don’t have my own ideas. I can sometimes copy other people’s stuff, though. Maybe a no-sew tutorial?

  3. I think you are covering a lot of areas and doing so thoroughly and in a really fun manner. I enjoy checking in on this blog as often as possible. Although, you do make me homesick at times for NOLA.

I hope I run into you while I’m in New Orleans on Halloween weekend – I really want to see your costume in person!

I have no suggestions at this poing about this blog – I just enjoy it the way it is and the way it is going.

    Happy (looming) All Hallows!
